It’s the most wonderful time of the year in South Florida as we gear up for the 2025 TYR Wodapalooza.
- During the weekend of January 23-26, fitness enthusiasts will descend upon Miami, FL, to compete and celebrate countless incredible CrossFit athletes.
If you are heading to Miami Beach to watch the action, you will need to refuel if you plan on making it through the weekend.

Pour Me a Strong One
Neverland Coffee Bar
Location: 17830 W. Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach, FL, 33160
If you like your coffee with a touch of whimsy, head north to the Neverland Coffee Bar.
- This vintage-inspired cafe is cozy and peaceful and offers coffee and a full range of tea, beer, and wine.

Caracas Bakery

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the most important part of that meal is always the bread.
- Caracas opened its first bakery in Doral in 2019 and specializes in making everything from croissants to sourdough.
The bakery now boasts two locations, but the goal remains the same — simply make good bread. Drop in to sample various breakfast toasts, sandwiches, and sweet treats.
Baker and Barista

Combine Clara Baio, an Italian baker, with Antonija Atanasova, a Macedonian barista, and you have the Baker and Barista.
- Baio learned to love baking from her Sicilian grandparents, and Atanasova fell in love with coffee at a young age and came to the United States to pursue a career in it.
Stop in to enjoy a delightfully baked croissant paired with a strong coffee.
