Dave Palumbo reacts to the killing of popular Mexican bodybuilder Luis Manuel Lomeli aka El Charro. Lomeli died after sustaining gunshot wounds from two men on motorbikes who fired on his car as he drove.
Palumbo remembers a man who was known for his selflessness towards others, especially towards kids and wounded dogs.
