Last weekend in Manama – Kingdom of Bahrain, an incredible sports event took place: the Arab Bodybuilding Championships, open to all IFBB-affiliated national Arab federations. The competition featured athletes from the Men’s Junior, Senior, and Masters categories.
Over an intense four-day schedule, the event also hosted the 2024 edition of the Arab Federation (AFBB) Congress, with the presence of its President, Dr. Adel Fahim; the Bahraini Bodybuilding Federation President, Mr. Sami Al Haddad; Mr. José María García, a member of the IFBB Executive Committee; and numerous other officials.
The Sheikh Abdelaziz Bin Mohamed Al Khalifa Hall at Bahrain University was the chosen venue for this championship.
