25:02 – Kind of a long question. I started using insulin about 3 weeks ago and everything has been going pretty great as in I’ve put on a significant amount of weight and actually look slightly leaner. The only problem is my fasting blood sugar has been over 100 most mornings and I believe it’s because I get 90% of my carbs in a 3 hour window post workout and 1 hour before bed. I’m eating around 500-550 carbs within this window so can the digestion be slow enough to still keep the blood sugar elevated when I wake up? I use 14ius Novolin N upon waking and post workout which is about 12 hours apart along with 4ius novolin r pre workout and 10-12ius novolin r post with the 14ius N. I only use this 4 days a week along with nutrient partitioning supplements everyday to keep sensitivity up. Also fasting blood sugar is 9 hours after I finish eating and always consistent with timing on everything.
