I would say im pretty lucky in the way that if i wanted to drop weight or increase weight my body responds pretty well both directions depending on how i adjust my diet...problem i have though i trying to maintain a weight... for example. I feel like shit! I did 1cc of sust with some deca mixed in sat, then 1 1/2 cc yesterday-first time in 9 months that I've done anything from the redness and swelling I can tell they have quite a bit of prop in there. Taking advil to help but this shit sucks!!! Hopefully things will get better ...
