Alternatives to squats?
Squats are good and have done a lot to shape my legs and behind, however, I have a natural arch in my lower back and squats hurt my back. Any advice for alternatives that would just as affective for the glutes?

Legs--Finally!
YES! I can say it's finally happening. My legs are growing. They are just shy of 26" cold and fully 26" when pumped now. I have actually put on about 1 1/2" on my legs since December. jumping back in!
Retired 14 years ago to care for my daughter. Life took over and I never walked back in the gym. My last little girl passed away after a long illness, divorce etc and back to the gym.
