Test Cyp color
first time poster- First time brewer here: I know I followed exactly. Test cyp at 250mg/mL is SLIGHTLY yellow. Google confirms this but for the life of me I can't remember what TC looked like when I ordered it from other guys. Perfectly clear, and heated to confirmed melting point and not the "traditional...

Don't Major in Minors
While many different factors are involved in creating a freakishly strong physique, they aren't all of equal importance. For example, getting lean is mostly a matter of calorie control. Sure, optimizing macronutrient ratios, meal frequency and timing, and food quality all play a role, but to a MUCH...

Iso-Holds – This is a classic movement that's been all but forgotten. I'm bringing them back with a twist Tom Platz taught me. While visiting him, we did iso-holds, but while in the hold position, Tom actually applied additional pressure, making me "tense" the muscle even more. This is probably the...

Nice Monday Night Football Matchup
Tonight's Monday Night Football matchup looks to be a good one. The San Francisco 49ers put their undefeated 8-0 record on the line against the red hot 7-2 Seattle Seahawks. The Niners quarterback, Jimmy Garoppolo, is sporting a QB rating of 100.6. But, this pales in comparison to Seahawks QB Russell...

Thursday Night Football
Pretty lackluster matchup tonight between the 4-5 Los Angeles Chargers and the 4-4 Oakland Raiders. The Chargers are one point favorites on the road.

What Tribe are You?
We tend to form "tribes" of people who think like we do.
.
But is tribalism a bad thing?
.
For one, people within a tribe can learn from each other, protect each other, develop together. and saves us mental energy trying to figure out the best way to view the world.

Find out how pushing your body to the limit can prevent you from reaching your goals. It seems like just the other day, you were doing your usual kick-ass chest routine and got an amazing pump. Your pectorals felt like they were jumping out of your shirt. You felt great and looked huge. The muscles...
