  • 2017 Powerhouse Classic

Its been a long time since I posted anything on here. I started off my bodybuilding career on this forum when I was 19 years old (2010). I haven't competed since 2013 due to a back injury that required surgery. Getting on stage this Saturday at the 2017 Powerhouse Classic CT. I will be doing Bodybuilding and Classic Physique.

On your side chest I would arch the back a bit more bringing the shoulders back and open up facing the judges more, keep the backside elbow a bit closer to your body. Then you can use that backside bicep to push your pec up more also. Kind of the same way you are driving the backside quad into the frontside ham to plump it a bit.

It helped me to think more of the side chest as a sideways most muscular, well sort of. If you don't elongate that arm as much is should give that backside delt more roundness and depth also instead of flattening some.

*it not is before backside delt. Couldn't edit for some reason.
