So my Buddy that is 52 is looking great again this year will be coming in at 232lbs in NJ right now. I will update when I hear how it goes. His Wife was on stage today and the competition is no joke. Wishing them the best of luck!

He's my buddy that was on here a while back, you didn't believe he was a Pastor formerly due to his tats that he has now haha
He's a great guy, I have known him for about 11 years now, not sure when he is set to hit the stage, but I don't write him when he's competing bc I am positive they have a ton of ppl hitting them up.

11 years ago he was a thin 185 pound guy that had taken a very long time away from weights at all let alone bodybuilding. To see this transformatiin has been insane. A few years back he had a side airbag go off in his car after he drove over a part of a semi tire that was on the highway. It caused severe nerve damage and again hot him under 200lbs. He went through a lot of therapy just to get functionality back on that left side, then of course had to start from ground zero on symmetry. All the respect for my bro.

Yeah that's him brutha. He already got back up into the 250's like earlier this week, still looks shredded. Crazy how he does this at this age. I don't know if all the years off was better for him to develop this way now, or if it is worse and he'd just be even bigger, or if it makes no difference.
