I'm sure the anti steroid media will have a hay day with this regardless of what really happened. I've had things caught in my throat before and I about freaked out, it was beyond scary. You be amazed at how hard and fast you can manipulate yr throat to cough whatever is stuck. I recall long time ago somebody died in a local resturant choking. Its no joke
