I see so many post about people talking zbout their lifts...for example.
I am 230pounds and my benchpress is about the same weight for 8reps.
In my gym i rarely see many ppl do much more apart from a handful of really big guys.
Now im constantly seeing people posting crap like ... im benching 350, i weigh 185 and cant seem to grow...WTF are people kidding themselves or am i weak as piss?
