The physique round of the 2024 Fitness International featured Tamara Vahn and Jaclyn Baker in the center of the final callout. However, the second round features each athlete’s routine — defending champion Ariel Khadr‘s strength.
The routine round, on the main stage at the Greater Columbus Convention Center on Friday, March 1, 2024, counts for two-thirds of the Fitness competitors’ final scores, so the crown was still up for grabs.
All 12 athletes put on entertaining routines for the live audience in Columbus, OH. The routines made the judges’ job of awarding a winner more challenging, but in the end, Ariel Khadr was crowned the three-time 2024 Fitness International champion.

Khadr impressed the crowd with her one-arm holds and backflips. She displayed incredible body control. Abby Bolton had supporters in the audience who made themselves known during her routine. Several athletes put together 1980s-throwback-inspired routines.
