Men’s Open Winner — Theo Leguerrier
This is Leguerrier’s second win of 2023. His first was the 2023 Italian Olympus Pro, which qualified him for the 2023 Mr. Olympia, where he ranked 13th overall. This win secured Leguerrier his qualification for the 2024 Mr. Olympia.
Alfred Chiriac of Romania and China’s Liang Yan came in second and third, respectively. Both athletes surprised experts and fans alike with the packages they presented. They have the potential to win pro shows in 2024, which they will have to accomplish to reach the 2024 Olympia stage.
Men’s Physique Winner — Jo Uezato
This was Jo Uezato’s pro debut. He made an impact, winning his first pro title and Olympia qualification. Yoon Sung Lee was an early favorite for this show, but he scored the overall silver.
Uezato can continue competing to get a better sense of how his physique lines up against other top competitors or take a longer off-season to prepare for the 2024 Olympia.
Bikini Division Winner — Ashley Kaltwasser
This was Kaltwasser’s 43rd career victory, extending her record for most pro wins by any IFBB Pro League athlete in any division. It was also her final contest of 2023, as she shared on her Instagram page. Since Kaltwasser has a lifetime invite to the Olympia and won a handful of pro shows in 2023, no Olympia qualification was awarded at this contest for the Bikini division. T
hat’s unfortunate for runner-up Jiaqi Wei, who will have to win a different pro show before the qualification cutoff date of Sept. 15, 2024, to join Kaltwasser on the Bikini Olympia stage.
