2024 Ben Weider Naturals Pro Bodybuilding Show Preview

The 2024 Ben Weider Naturals Pro will take place in Alexandria, VA, on the weekend of Nov. 15-16, 2024. This event is strictly for natural competitors, meaning they are not allowed to use banned substances like anabolic steroids. All athletes in this show are eligible for drug testing and a polygraph to verify their drug-free status.

A pro qualifier event will run alongside these pro contests. The winners of the amateur events become eligible to enter the pro contests. This is a 2025 Olympia qualifying event for all the featured divisions except Men’s Open, 212, and Women’s Bodybuilding.

The Fitness division is a favorite of fans that attend this show, and these are the top three contenders going into the weekend.

Michelle Gales

Michelle Gales placed 12th at the 2024 Fitness Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 11, 2024. Missy Truscott won that contest. She is the defending champion of this contest, having won it in 2023. She was also third in the 2022 edition of this show.

Andrea Glass

Glass was the runner-up to Gales in 2023 and a 2022 Olympia competitor. Her most recent show was the 2024 Titans Grand Prix Pro, where she finished second to winner Taylor Learmont.

Tatiana Marie

This is Tatiana Marie’s pro debut. She earned her pro status at the 2024 NPC Universe competition, where she won the overall championship.
