2023 Musclecontest Titans Grand Prix Men’s Physique Show Preview

The 2023 bodybuilding season is winding down. The 2023 Olympia Weekend in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 2-5, 2023, is fast approaching. However, the Men’s Physique division still has a competition on the IFBB Pro League schedule: the 2023 Musclecontest Titans Grand Prix in Anaheim, CA, on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023.

Over 20 pros will try to win, securing their qualification for the 2023 Olympia. The roster of competitors is below, with names in alphabetical order:

Kevin Brown

This will be Brown’s fifth pro show of the 2023 season. He has ranked no lower than seventh in any of those appearances; placing as high as fourth twice. His last effort was at the 2023 Sasquatch Pro, where he ranked fifth overall. If the rookie can claim a win here, he becomes eligible for his Olympia debut.

Reuben Glass

Reuben Glass will make his second 2023 pro show appearance. He’s coming off a fourth-place finish at the 2023 Sasquatch Pro. He made his Olympia debut in 2022, placing outside of the top 15. Glass has until Oct. 9, 2023, to qualify for the 2023 Olympia. Only pro show winners advance to that Olympia stage this season.

Joshua Guidry

Joshua Guidry has placed fourth, third, and second in his last three pro contests. He scored his runner-up spot at the 2023 Sheru Classic Mexico Grand Battle Pro one week before this show.

Based on Guidry’s performance trajectory, Guidry seems fated to win this contest. Destiny can be a temperamental master, so Guidry will have to put forth his best effort to bring that win to fruition.
